Brittain Room - Experience the exotic elegance of this airy spacious room which encompasses the entire east wing of the Manor House. The Brittain Room features a handsome king mahogany four-poster bed and an impressive silk and wool oriental rug in jewel tones. A stunning watercolor graces the mantle of the decorative wood-burning fireplace creating a warm atmosphere which is reflected through the tasteful use of Far Eastern décor. Two burgundy wingback chairs flank the fireplace - just the spot for enjoying a glass of wine and a chance to catch up with each other. An expansive cherry writing desk is perfect for that game of Scrabble or catching up on e-mails. A corner double spa whirlpool tub surrounded with marble awaits your pleasure. A $30 fee is charged for each extra person in any room. Rates are subject to change without notice. All of our rates include a full gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshment for each guest.
- To guarantee your reservation, we require a one night deposit. The deposit is applied to the last night of your reservation. A confirmation of reservations will be sent once deposit has been taken.
- All major credit cards and personal checks are accepted.
- Check-in is after 3 p.m. Late check-in (after 10 p.m.) requires special arrangements. Check-out is 11a.m.
- Cancellations: We hold a 72-hour cancellation policy (excluding holidays and special events.) For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded minus a $25 service charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of the deposit plus any additional charges, unless we are able to rebook the room. Due to our unique accommodations, cancellations affect our business significantly. Therefore, we do adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Inn.
- Although no pets are allowed at the Inn, we can arrange boarding nearby.
- Candles are not to be used in the Inn, except for those provided near the spa tubs.
- Well-behaved children are welcomed.
- Dinner at the Inn is available with advanced reservation.
- Breakfast is served 8-9am on weekends, and 7:30-8:30am on weekdays. A take-along breakfast is available with advanced notice.
- Afternoon refreshments are served from 4-6 p.m.
