  • Introduction

Beacon House Inn Bed & Breakfast-WalkwayThe Beacon House Inn is located in Carolina Beach, North Carolina.

This 1950s transformed boarding house was re purposed into a bed and breakfast in the mid 1990's. The charming house is outfitted with modern amenities while keeping true to the vintage era style.

Our bed & breakfast is located across the street from the ocean, about a 2 minutes walk to the sand. Guests can enjoy many activities such as paddleboarding, surfing, fishing, kayaking, and bird watching or spend the day just sitting in the sand.  A full sit-down artisan breakfast featuring gourmet coffee from Carolina Coffee Company is served daily for guests in our B&B.

Our location is 20 minutes from the Wilmington Airport, 1 hour and a half from Myrtle Beach, and 2 and a half hours from Raleigh-Durham.

For those of you traveling with kids and dogs, we also have two cozy two bedroom vacation beach cottages that sit behind our B&B.   They are perfect for a small family looking for a great beach vacation.

In addition, the Beacon House Inn also offer a "City Flat" vacation rental in the heart of the historic district in downtown Wilmington.  A mere 20 minute drive from the beach, our City Flat allows travelers to experience both city and surf.  Please visit our website for a complete look at all of our accomodations.
