There are four guestrooms; each spacious room can be converted from one king to two twin beds, and includes a dresser, nightstands, and sitting area. Each room has its own private bathroom with a pedestal sink, commode, and five-foot shower with seat. The Coral and Seashell rooms are located on the first floor and the Lighthouse and Berry Rooms are located on the second floor. In addition, each room has its own individually controlled heat and air conditioning unit.

Rates, Policies & Reservation Information
This non-smoking home offers four guests rooms design to accommodate two people per room. We are not set up to accommodate children. The rate for each room is $80.00 per night including all taxes (effective until March 31, 2012). There will a rate increase beginning on April 1, 2012 to $90.00 per night. We will provide special dietary meals if notified at the time of the reservation. Reservations are accepted and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to half of the stay with the balance due upon arrival. Check in after 3:30 p.m and Check out by 10:30 a.m. Times may be altered if notification is given.

- We will provide special dietary meals if notified at the time of the reservation.
- Reservations are accepted and confirmed upon receipt of deposit equal to 1/2 of stay.
- The deposit is applied to the last day's stay and the balance of payment is due upon arrival.
- Your deposit will be gladly applied to a new date or refunded if cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
- If less than two weeks notification is given, a refund will be given if the room can be re-rented.
- Check-in after 3:30 p.m. Check-out by 10:30 a.m.
- If arriving after 6 p.m., please make arrangements beforehand.
