Rates and Policies
- Individual rooms are $130 per night, double occupancy. A two night minimum booking is required for a Friday or Saturday night stay between April 1st and November 1st.
- Check-in time 3 - 7 p.m. Later by prior arrangement.
- Checkout time 11 a.m.
- Smoking allowed on front and back porches only.
- Well-behaved children over five are welcome.
- No pets allowed.
- Breakfast is served at 8:30. Other times available on request.
Payment Policy
We accept cash, personal check, traveler’s cheques, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Rates are subject to sales tax. Reservations will be confirmed with one night's deposit. Must be secured by credit card at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy- No charge for cancellation received seven days prior to single room booking. A one-night room charge will be applied for cancellation within 6 days of the check-in date unless the room can be rented to someone else.
- 14-Day notice required for holidays, special events and multi-room reservations. A one-night room charge will be applied for each room cancelled. No cancellations accepted for whole house bookings.
