Bear's Den Cottage features a beautiful lodge decor with tongue and groove walls and vaulted ceilings. It's an upstairs cottage with a view of Horse Bottom Ridge and Sugar Mountain.

Located in the rear property of the Azalea Inn and includes a FULL BREAKFAST in the Inn. Have a good night's sleep on the King Sized log bed with new pillow top mattress and down comforter.

Bear's Den includes two TV's. Relax in front of the gas fireplace, while playing checkers or reading a book.

Prepare your meals in the well appointed kitchen or walk to several restaurants. Enjoy a whirlpool bath after an active day of fun!

The Rooster Cottage looks like a log cabin in the interior and is decorated in a 'rooster' theme.

You might feel like you are in a log cabin in the woods, until you realize that you can walk to restaurants and shops across the street. This upstairs carriage house style cottage boasts a nice view of Sugar Mountain, Horse Bottom Ridge, the BE Town Park and Azalea Inn flower gardens and a small porch to sit on.

There are 2 TVs, one with VCR/DVD player to watch our movies or yours. A gas log fireplace and a full kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator to prepare you own meals. But you will probably rather dine at one of several restaurants within short walking distance.

You might wish you could take home the king sized log bed with luxurious pillow top mattress. If you are able to tear yourself out of bed long enough to go outside for some activities, you will love the Jacuzzi tub for two when you return. Or use the separate shower in the large bathroom. There haven’t been any live Elk in Banner Elk for many years, but we couldn’t resist the name for this new suite. With tongue and groove walls and ceiling, and hardwood floor it feels like a log cabin. The theme is set with an elk painting done by the mayor of BE. Very comfortable king sized log bed with great pillow top mattress is the highlight of the suite with a bed and breakfast gas log fireplace. A kitchenette with table for two, sink, small refrigerator and microwave…great for making popcorn to eat while watching movies on the VCR in the room or for warming leftovers from the great restaurants in town. You will love the large bathroom with antler lights over the sink, Jacuzzi tub for two and separate shower. Rate is $165 + tax

We once saw a fox in the town park behind the Azalea Inn and knew this would be the perfect name for this suite. You can just imagine the fox running through the park at dusk, across the meadow behind the inn and into the inn’s rear garden and somehow ending up on the mural in the room. A great king sized log bed with wonderful pillow-top mattress, cable TV with VCR, gas log bed and breakfast fireplace, mosaic table for two to have your snacks.
