Rates are per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate an additional person, please add $25.00 per night. Rates do not include sales and room tax. Certain holidays, October and week between Christmas and New Years is full rate.

Reservations & Policies
Pinecrest Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, a 50% charge will be applied. If you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for some holidays, October and Leaf Season and special events. Certain holidays, October and week between Christmas and New Years is full rate.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
No Smoking; however designated outdoor areas are available.
No Pets, please call for help in boarding your pet locally.
Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

The Grace Suite at our North Carolina bed and breakfast is located on the first floor and is decorated in shades of green with custom window treatments and original wood floors. The suite boasts a king sized solid cherry poster bed and matching cherry armoire. The suite has a generous gas fireplace and sitting area. The private bathroom has a large walk-in shower and pedestal sink. This suite at our Western NC bed and breakfast can accommodate a third person.

The Thomas Wolfe room is named after one of the giants of 20th century literature and native of Asheville. The room is located in the right turret and decorated in shades of yellow with custom window treatments and original wood floors. The room features a Victorian mahogany queen sized bed and electric fireplace. The room has a sitting area where you can enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee. The bathroom has a claw-foot soaking tub with standing shower and antique wood vanity. The room can accommodate a third person comfortably on an airbed.

The Wible room is named after the second owners of the home from 1941 to 1997 is located on the second floor in the left turret of the home. The room has a solid walnut queen sized poster bed, antique walnut armoire and custom window treatments with matching bed covering and decorative pillows. The room has a sitting area and separate entrance to the gardens and original wood floors. The room boasts a large bathroom with claw-foot soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. A third guest can be accommodated comfortably on the sofa-bed.

The Vance room at our Blue Ridge Parkway bed and breakfast is named after Zebulon Vance, twice Governor of North Carolina and U.S. Senator. A prodigious writer, Vance became one of the most influential Southern leaders of the Civil War and the postbellum period. The bedroom is decorated in Country French. The walls are covered in French toile with matching custom window treatments and decorative pillows. Features a queen sized bed with upholstered head board and antique low boy dresser and antique Victorian love seat. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and pedestal sink.

The Cowley room was named after the original owners of the home. The Cowley room is a beautiful blue and cream. It features twin antique walnut beds and matching chest of drawers and dressing table. The twin beds can be converted to a king size bed with additional padding and feather bed. The room boasts a view of the back grounds. The custom window treatments and matching bed linens add a beautiful touch to the room. The Bathroom is sizeable and has a claw-foot soaking tub with standing shower and pedestal sink. The room can accommodate a third person comfortably on an airbed.
