Distinctively decorated in the Adirondack style, our 500 square foot master suite features its own entrance off the garden, spacious bathroom, separate dressing room, and two private porches, one with an outdoor shower. Whether you're luxuriating in your king size sleigh bed, stretching out on your oversized window seat with the latest bestseller, or enjoying breakfast al fresco...you'll begin to understand why we call TreeGap a 'retreat'.
We serve an extensive continental breakfast with homemade baked goods, handmade yogurt, smoked fish, cheeses, cereal and fresh fruit right in your suite daily. On Sundays, we offer a full breakfast tailored to your tastes. Ingredients are grown on-site or locally, as the season allows.
We will happily accommodate any dietary needs or special requests. Just let us know. Other room amenities include satellite HDTV/DVD player, wireless internet, air conditioning and refrigerator.
Carriage House
April through October, enjoy a relaxing getaway in our cozy Carriage House. This 350 square foot space is located in a separate building on the property, ensuring the most private stay. Decorated in the mid-century modern style, the room is perfect for a couple or a family, with either two single beds or a king, and a futon. It also features a small library, TV/DVD, A/C, wireless internet, and porch. Breakfast in this room is self-catering, so you can take it at your leisure. We stock your fridge with homemade yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, preserves, and each morning we’ll deliver fresh breads & pastries to your door. For your convenience, there is also a coffeemaker and a toaster oven.

Rates & Guest Information
- Open year round.
- Rates: $225/night May - November & holidays. $185/night December - April
- Plus 10% state+county sales tax. Please inquire about weekly rates.
- There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends, and three nights over holidays.
- We require a one night deposit by credit card.
- Please note that a less than one week cancellation notice will result in a loss of your deposit.
- We unfortunately do not allow pets, but do ask us about local pet care. Allergy sufferers should note that we do have a dog in the house.
- Smoking is permitted outside only.
