Breakfast begins with freshly squeezed juice and the fruit of the day can be one of a number of specialties, such as a rasberry drizzled baked apple, or cranberry crush. In Winter, our own maple creamed oatmeal is often served, followed by a hearty gourmet entree designed to keep the skiers warm and energized. Summers are lighter fare, but just as delicious.
