The Delaware
The Delaware is the "Mother-In-Law" room and is located at the rear of Catskill Lodge. It is perfect for the guest that prefers private outside entry into their room. This suite has a full private bathroom with a king bed and full sized pull out sofa perfect for the kids. The full sized couch and rocking chair offer guests a great way to relax after a long day of activities around your own private fireplace. Rate: $99 midweek; $149 weekend; $159 holiday.

The Phoenicia
The Phoenicia is on the second floor and enjoys fabulous Catskill Mountain views out of the hexagonal room. The room is decorated with a Maplewood dresser and antique Maplewood bed. The rugs cover the beautiful hardwood floors just enough to keep your feet cozy on a brisk summer night. This room is named after the small village of Phoenicia in the Catskill Mountains, a great town to visit during your stay at the Catskill Lodge. The Phoenicia shares an oversized bathroom with the Esopus. Rate: $79 midweek; $99 weekend; $125 holiday.

The Catskill Suite
The Catskill Suite occupies the entire third floor of Catskill Lodge. Just off the master bedroom is a hexagonal cupola room that provides beautiful mountain views throughout the four seasons. The bathroom has a sunken Jacuzzi and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king sized bed which can be converted to two twin beds upon your request. The master suite would be perfect for a family of four or two couples vacationing together. Rate: $129 midweek; $199 weekend; $219 holiday.Check Availability/Make A Reservation

The Hunter
The Hunter is a cozy room on the second floor Decorated in a light beige theme. It is decorated with white French drapes and has a beautiful view of the Catskill Mountains. Come and enjoy a nice warm beverage on the second floor balcony. We named this room for our Sister Ski Resort, Hunter Mountain, just a short 10 minute drive from the Catskill Lodge. The Hunter shares a large bathroom with The Woodstock. Rate: $74 midweek; $109 weekend; $129 holiday.

The Hudson Hollow
Hudson Hollow is a 3 bedroom rental unit located next to Catskill Lodge. The 1300 square foot accommodation features a private kitchen with a bright, spacious living room and dining area. The fireplace is sure to keep you warm on those cold nights after a great day on the slopes, we supply the wood. Hudson Hollow can sleep 6 people comfortably in beds but has plenty of space for up to 8 guests with our living room futon. It is the perfect solution for families or small groups. Breakfast is not included at the main lodge, however we do stock your kitchen with breakfast goodies for the first morning. $169 midweek, $249 weekend, $350-$450 Holiday, $1000 for the entire week

The Woodstock
The Woodstock is our cutest room decorated with a Sky Blue Theme. After a long day of exploring the Catskills you are sure to get a great nights rest on this antique bed. The Woodstock is named after one of our favorite Catskill Mountain towns, Woodstock, NY which is a great place to stop for a bite to eat or a cup of coffee on your way back home from the Catskill Lodge. Rate: $69 midweek, $94 weekend; $109 holiday. -
The Esopus
The Esopus sits quietly at the back of the Catskill Lodge and features a cottage feel. The antique bed will consume you after a full day of exploring the Catskill Mountains. The Esopus shares a large bathroom with the Phoenicia. This room is named after the world famous Esopus River that bisects the Catskill Mountains and runs through the town of Phoenicia. The Espous River is most well known for World Class Fly Fishing, Kayaking and River Tubing. Rate: $74 midweek; $94 weekend; $115 holiday.

Cancellation Policy
- Room Prices are based on double occupancy. There is a $20/night charge for each additional guest. Some rooms will not accommodate more than two people.
- Deposits: A deposit in the amount of $10 is taken at the time you book a single room. The remaining balance on the reservation is collected at check-out.
- Cancellation Policy: before 2 weeks of your first night stay - forfeiture of $10 deposit, within 3-13 days of the first nights stay - 1/2 of the first night less the $10 deposit, within 48 hours of 3pm check-in - full reservation charge.
- Rent the entire Catskill Lodge for $850-$1000/night weekend or $535/night midweek (rates based on availability and dates), add an additional $125/day to include breakfast for your group. Deposits and cancellations for the entire Lodge rentals are different than above.
- Weekly rates are not available for Holiday weeks.
