The Trestle Room sets the stage for romantic getaways in New York State.  Rediscover romance in the Hudson Valley. Named after a nearby historic landmark, this room is furnished with a lovely queen-size maple bed with a handmade crocheted bedspread and an antique maple bureau. Additional room amenities include a private bath, TV, CD player, VCR, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in season. The Butter Hill Room at Caldwell House is a welcome change from Hudson Valley hotels for New York State vacations and weekend getaways. Recalling the former name of nearby Storm King Mountain, this charming room in our New York B&B is thoughtfully furnished with a handsome queen-size sleigh bed, a comfortable easy chair, an English armoire, historic 19th century engravings on the buttercup yellow walls, and a beautiful Empire-style bureau. In the roomy private bath, there is a pretty oak commode, a wicker chair, and a large modern Kohler sink. Additional room amenities include a TV, CD player, VCR, Wi-Fi, and a fire stove and air conditioning in season.

Fast becoming a Caldwell House favorite! The Antrim Room was once the owner's quarters. It is a beautiful first floor bedroom (our only) w/ a Fireplace, large HDTV/ DVD, seclusion, and quiet.

Once the Owner's Quarters, we have added the Antrim Room to our group of rooms available for guests. It has fast become a favorite of our guests. Tucked away in the back corner of the first floor of the house, this room offers a tranquility and quiet that allows you to leave the hustle and bustle of every day life. The beautiful wood burning fireplace offers the opportunity to add a level of romance not found in any hotel room. The birds chirping in the backyard serve as a natural "alarm clock" just in case the aroma of Dena's wonderful breakfast hasn't already woken you!

This Jacuzzi suite at our bed and breakfast will provide a romantic and serene setting for your Hudson Valley honeymoon or weekend vacations in New York State. Named after the first owner of the house who lived here for about forty years, this impressive room features soothing beige walls and curtains.   Furnished with a queen-size, reeded mahogany poster bed, comfortable easy chairs, a Biedermeier-style mirrored armoire, and an 1840's Empire bureau, this honeymoon suite has delighted many guests. A Jacuzzi, an antique marble sink, and a bidet grace the spacious private bath. Additional room amenities include TV, CD player, VCR, Wi-Fi, as well as a mahogany-framed electric fireplace and air conditioning in season.
