Niagara Room
The elegantly spacious Niagara room is the largest of the guest rooms and the original master bedroom. It presents high vaulted ceilings and two large side windows perfect for enjoying a cross breeze, or day-dreaming while peering through to our historic apple orchard. The richly decorated Niagara room features a high solid cherry queen size four poster Empire bed, with luxurious bedding and a heavenly pillow top mattress, perfect for catching up on some well deserved rest. This romantic room also has a comfortable sitting area which includes two wing back chairs, and an antique day bed. The room includes a private in - room bath with shower, ceiling fan, TV/VCR/CD player/AC, wireless access.
Seyval Suite
The soothing Seyval suite is two uniquely comfortable rooms adjoined by antique pocket doors. The rooms feature a plush country queen size bed on one side, and the other room can be enjoyed as a spacious sitting area. The sitting room features two reading chairs along with a period day bed for your relaxation. The relaxing Seyval Suite features a mix of pastel colors and country shutters to accent its refinished original pine floorboards. The suite includes a private in room bath with shower, TV/VCR/AC, wireless access.
Delaware Room
If it is a little privacy you are looking for on your get-a-way this is the room for you. The Delaware room with its vaulted ceiling proudly hosts a lovely queen size four poster shaker style bed, a comfortable wicker sitting area, and a café table for two - perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying your Finger Lakes wine and cheese, while looking out onto your own private deck which overlooks the spacious grounds. This cottage style room is complete with a TV/VCR, CD player, mini-fridge, celing fan, private in room bath with shower, and air conditioning. The Delaware Room has an outside stairway leading to the deck and private entrance. Perfect for your own personal time away! Plus wireless access.
Aurore Room
The pleasant Aurore room is shaded by our majestic white pines, and features a comfortable queen size solid cherry bed, and a sofa sitting area. The very spacious Aurore room hosts a walk in closet and private in - room bath with shower. TV/VCR/AC, wireless access.
Catawba Room
The quaint Catawba room is furnished in country pine furnishings which include a comfortable queen size bed. The Catawba Room hosts a mini wet bar sink, a roomy private in room bath which includes a separate tub and shower.

Guest Room Information
All of our guestrooms have queen size beds, private in-room baths, cable television, wireless access available, VCR and air conditioning. Terry bathrobes are provided for your comfort. Room rates include a full candlelit breakfast each morning. This typically includes coffee or tea, fresh juice and fresh fruit in addition to the featured entree.
Rates are quoted as double occupancy. If the room is capable of accommodating an additional person there is a $30.00 charge for each additional person. We have a two night minimum if your stay includes a weekend. There is a three night minimum for most holiday weekends during peak season. We require a two night stay for all wine event weekends Please call to check availability for single-night reservations during this time. -

We are a smoke free and pet free inn - Children 16 and older are welcome
- We are a small bed and breakfast. All reservations are special to us. Rates are quoted as double occupancy (2 pp). If the room is capable of accommodating an additional person there is a $30.00 charge per extra person per night. All reservations are held by a one night deposit with a valid credit card or check. Please provide a two week notice for cancellations for a full refund of deposit less a 25.00 charge per room. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early - please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility of your reservation. If we rebook your room(s) a full refund will be made of deposit less a 25.00 surcharge per room.
- Group Reservations and Cancellations - If you are making reservations for three or more guest rooms we require a one night deposit per room by check within one week of booking to confirm your reservation. Cancellations of group reservations of three or more rooms require 30 days notice prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund of deposit less a 25.00 surcharge per room.
- For cancellations within 30 days your deposit will be returned if we rebook your rooms.
We have a 2 night minimum if your stay includes a weekend. We require a two night stay for all wine event and race weekends.
