Guest House
Located next door to Trimmer House B&B, the Guest House has all the same beautiful amenities as Trimmer House B&B but with more privacy. Lovely Arts & Crafts style house. Over 2000 square feet. Living room with wood burning fireplace, private deck, TV/DVD/CD, Three bedroom/two bath, hot tub, air conditioned. Period furnishings with oriental art. Close to shops, restaurants, lake, wineries, nature trail. Full breakfast. Rate: Starting at $349 weekdays/$399 weekends. The rate is based on four persons/two bedrooms, each additional person for the third bedroom add $25.
Lake House Suite
Located on Keuka Lake, 4 miles from Trimmer House B&B and Penn Yan, the Keuka Lake Guest House has all the same beautiful amenities as Trimmer House B&B but with more privacy. The facility is a lovely contemporary style guest suite with over 800 square feet of space, master bedroom with king size bed, a living room with two sleeper sofas, private deck, TV/DVD/CD, private bath, air conditioning and accented with South East Asian furnishings and art. Adjacent to Keuka College with access to both a public and private beach. Close to shops, restaurants, lake, wineries, nature trail. A self catering breakfast is provided. Rates: Starting at $199 weekdays/$249 weekends. The rate is based on two persons, each additional person add $75.

Each guestroom features terry bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, cable TV, DVD player, VCR, CD player, two phone lines, and Wireless Internet in each room. There is a working fireplace in the Library that all guests may enjoy. For your comfort, the home is air conditioned. Guests have access to a video library and complimentary beverage service. We also have a hot tub for your enjoyment.
