    • All rates, all times, all seasons are $199/per night.
    • Two-night minimum stay.
    • Three-night minimum stay required over some holidays.
    • One-night deposit by check is required within one week of booking to confirm your reservation.
    • We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
    • A two-week cancellation is required for refund of deposit unless room(s) are re-rented.
    • Check in: after 3 p.m. Please call us if you are delayed, lost, or arriving later than previously planned.
    • Check out: before 11 a.m.
    • Beach towels provided.
    • No smoking and no pets allowed.
