Old World charm, Modern conveniences. Each apartment is private, with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. Recently renovated, our apartments are spacious, charming, extremely comfortable & immaculately clean. Each one is uniquely decorated as a labor of love and joy, with attention to details and the travelers' needs. Tasteful displays of collectibles, such as antique furniture, oil paintings, photographs, elegant chandeliers, Persian rugs & English porcelain. Framed by wonderful original architectural details, such as 10 foot ceilings, crown moldings, tall doors & windows, decorative fireplaces, stained glass windows, exposed brick walls, wood paneling, hand made mosaic & parquet floors, etc.

Special touches as the scent of fresh flowers and fruit baskets make our ambiance even more inviting. All apartments have a beautifully dressed queen sized bed with fine linens and a new comfortable mattress.

Heat and air conditioning assure your comfort in any weather. Fully equipped kitchens crafted from top of the line materials, as granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. Art Deco style en-suite bathrooms feature Subway tiles, mosaic floors, bathtubs &/or showers with glass doors, grab bars, fluffy towels & English toiletries.

Suite 4R

Our most spacious apartment has a separate sleeping area - a very romantic bedroom - with a beautiful four poster bed & a crystal chandelier. Located one flight up the stairs, in the rear of our townhouse. The four seat dining table may suit your family & visitors reunions. A 10' ceiling, tall doors with stained glass details, hand made parquet floors and exposed brick walls make this apartment quite extraordinary. Relax in a comfy wing-back chair by the fireplace & contemplate the quiet backyard through the large window. You will forget that you are in busy Manhattan! A comfortable tub, luxury towels & English toiletries assure a delightful bath.

Studio 4F

A French provincial style cheers this luminous apartment. Located one flight up the stairs, overlooking the serene street. A charming bistro table, a fireplace, three 9 feet tall windows and translucent sheers inspire romance. A recently remodeled kitchenette with new appliances offers everything for those who love to cook or just wish a full filling meal to start the day. The bathroom is similar to the one in the Suite 4R, with a few different accents. Fresh flowers always!

The Suite 4R & The Studio 4F may be connected turning into a floor through apartment, with 2 baths, 2 kitchens. Perfect for 2 couples, a family or a group of friends. there are only those 2 apartments on that floor.

Suite 2

Our most recent addition (just renovated) this spacious apartment feels like a house - inspired by English & French cottages. Located at the Ground floor, one flight down the stairs, in the rear of our townhouse, with views of the Garden and its many birds (no access). A serene bedroom with a comfortable rustic iron bed, beautifully dressed with a hand made quilt and surrounded by extra charms, such as a crystal chandelier, a hand painted bench & a hooked rug. A soothing tub & shower combo and plenty of shelves for toiletries, to indulge yourself in comfort after a day of sightseeing.

Studio 1

This lovely apartment is uniquely decorated with charming Colonial accents, such as a romantic four poster bed, a candlestick chandelier, hurricane lamps, a Camelback settee & Windsor chairs. Located in the Garden floor (no access to garden), one flight down the stairs. It faces the front yard and the residential street. A country separate kitchen for hearty homemade meals. A stand up shower makes this apartment possibly the most suitable for the elderly.

All apartments have a queen sized bed. We may place a rollaway bed or a raised airbed
to accommodate a 3rd guest. The extra beds are twin sized and hold an average size/weight person.

Rates & Policies

• Studios: $200/night (valid until March, 31st)
• Suites: $220/night (valid until March, 31st)
• Studios: $240/night (effective on April, 1st)
• Suites: $260/night (effective on April, 1st)
• Four nights minimum booking
• Rates are based on single or double occupancy
• We may accommodate a third guest for $50/night additional
• Weekdays or weekends

• Discounts for long term stays
• Rates subject to change without notice
• 50% Reservation Deposit. Balance due upon arrival
• A one time $50 cleaning fee applied on arrival. Complimentary weekly cleaning afterwards.
• Security Deposit: $200 (Studios) & $300 (Suites). Paid on arrival and returned at check out, if there are no damages.
• Check in is after 3 pm. Check out is before 11 am
• We may store your luggage before and after check in/out times
• There is no elevator in our townhouse. Guests are responsible for carrying their own luggage.
• Guests & visitors must present a photo ID & fill out a form upon arrival
• Smoke & pets free environment
• Frying meals are not allowed.
• Cleaning, linens, towels & toiletries are provided weekly
• Starter supplies are provided. Guests are in charge of buying their own supplies after arrival.
• Local phone calls are complimentary. A phone card is needed for long distance & international calls.
• Wireless Internet access is complimentary. A password is needed.
• Cancellation Policy
  • Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly, so we adhere to a strict policy.
  • In the event of cancellations made 30 days or more to arrival date, a refund of the Reservation Deposit will be issued, ONLY if the apartment is re-booked for the same original period. In this case, a $70 fee will apply.
  • Any unbooked nights will be also deducted from the amount to be refunded
  • In case of cancellations made less than 30 days to arrival date, no refunds will be issued
  • Changes in the period of stay will be considered as cancellations
  • No refunds or changes in reservation will be made after arrival
  • In the event of early departure, no refunds will be issued.
