The Canal Park Inn

The names of each room or suite at the Inn are taken from four families who resided in The Canal House at the same time in 1850. All rooms include Private bathroom with claw foot tubs and period shower fixtures, triple glazed windows, A/C, soundproofed walls, free WiFi, 32" flat screen cable TV with built in DVD player, iron and ironing board, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and utensils.

• The Canal Park Inn requires 2 night stay minimum stay.
• To book your reservation simply fill out our secure online form and we will e-mail you a confirmation. Reservations are not valid until you receive a confirmation email.
• Upon receipt of the email a 50% deposit will be put on the credit card you supply.
• The balance for your stay will be paid upon check in by cash or credit card.
• If you would like to book your stay over the phone please call us at 917-593-5933 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
• Reservations will be made in the order they are received.
• When a reservation is made you are acknowledging an understanding of these policies and agreeing to abide by them.
• The Canal Park Inn is not staffed 24 hours a day, giving you the privacy of a hotel in the comfort of a home. For this reason we will need to know your arrival information so that we can meet to check you in. If you are delayed please call or text us to let us know. Standard check in is from 10am-8pm every day. Since we do not have a 24 hour staffed desk we ask that all check ins happen during this time frame.
• All room rates are subject to a 13.875% + $3.50 per night state & local hotel tax.
• There will be no refunds or exchanges after arrival.
• Check-In: Your room will be ready at 2pm and Check out is by noon. If you are arriving earlier or leaving later we will gladly store your bags while you enjoy more time in the city.
• Cancellations: For cancellations please call 917-593-5933 to receive a cancellation code from one of our staff members. Cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice for a half refund (minus credit card fees). A full refund (minus credit card fees) will be given if cancellations are made at least 14 days prior to check-in. If no cancellation call is made your credit card will be charged the full amount up to $600.
• No pets are permitted at The Canal Park Inn.
• There is no smoking at The Canal Park Inn in any area, including the Batby Suite Deck.
• The Canal Park Inn is not ADA compliant and all rooms are up a staircase. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the Inn over night, but each room may have up to 4 visitors at one time during daytime hours.
• All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests under 5 years of age.
• Maid service is available every three- four days for extended stays.
• The deck in The Batby Suite is welcome to be used for quiet enjoyment during daylight hours only.
