- Payment: 50% Deposit is required to make a reservation. Your check or money order must be received no later than 5 days from the date reservation is placed. Should it be late, please call us, or your reservation could be cancelled. Deposits are a security against vacancies that may be caused by cancellation. The balance due is payable upon arrival by Visa, Mastercard, check or cash.
- Extra Person charge: $25.00 per day.
- Memorial Day Weekend: 3-night minimum stay required at high-season rate.
- For the comfort of our guests, smoking is prohibited in the Guest House.
- Sorry: No pets or children under the age of 12.
- We will be happy to store your baggage in the event of you early arrival or late departure.
