    • All rates are per night, double occupancy.
    • Weekend stays require a 2-night minimum.
    • Holiday Weekends require a 3-night minimum.
    • Extra Person charge: $25.00 per day.
    • 50% Deposit is required to make a reservation. Your check or money order must be received no later than 5 days from the date reservation is placed. The balance due is payable upon arrival by Visa, MasterCard, check or cash.
    • Deposits are non-refundable unless accommodations are re-rented for your entire stay.
    • Check-in: 3:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am.
    • Memorial Day Weekend: 3-night minimum stay required at high-season rate.
    • For the comfort of our guests, smoking is prohibited in the Guest House.
    • Sorry: No pets or children under the age of 12.
    • We will be happy to store your baggage in the event of your early arrival or late departure.
