Located on the second floor, the spacious room measures 500 square feet with a queen size bed and a pullout sofa bed. The bathroom features a radiant heated floor, a large shower and a double sink vanity.

The Boxer Room
Located on the ground floor just off the living room, the room measures approximately 315 square feet and features a queen size bed and a private entrance. The large bathroom features a 4’ x 5’ roll-in shower for easy wheel chair accessibility.

The Francis Room
Our largest guest room, the Francis room measures 700 square feet. Located on the second floor, the room features a vaulted ceiling, windows along three outer walls, a king size bed and a sitting area for relaxing with a book or viewing a plasma TV. The bathroom features double vanity, radiant heated floor, an over-size claw foot tub and a separate shower.

The Halcyon Room
The spacious room measures 650 square feet with vaulted ceiling and windows on three outer walls. The room features a queen size bed, a sitting area for relaxing or viewing a plasma TV. The bathroom features a radiant heated floor.

The Anne Room
Located on the ground floor just off the living room, the room measures approximately 400 square feet and features a four poster queen size bed and a private entrance.
The spacious bathroom features a radiant heated floor and a Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtub with shower.

Reservations
- Reservations are daily, per night for 1-2 guests.
- Additional guests in the room will be charged $30.00 per night, per person.
- Sales and Lodging tax (12.125%) will be added to the total room charge.
- A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total charge is required when the reservation is made and the balance is due upon check-in.
- There is a 2-night minimum stay required for Friday and Saturday nights June through October.
- Check in is from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. Please notify management if arrival is not within this time period. Check out is 11:00am.
- Cancellations/Refunds: Refund of deposit will be made for full or partial cancellation of a room reservation occurring at least 7 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, the deposit will be refunded only if the room is rebooked. Early departure falls within the cancellation policy.
- Handicap Accessibility: Select rooms are equipped for wheelchair access including roll-in shower. Please notify management of specific handicap requirements.
