• Rates vary depending on the room ranging from $79 per night during the off season to $209 during the season.
• A 30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• Although MasterCard and Visa are accepted, cash and checks are preferred.
• 2-night minimum for advance reservations. We do book one-night stays on
  a fill-in basis midweek of the night you would like to stay, or the day before
  or day of stay if available. Generally in the summer we book well in advance.
• If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your anticipated arrival,
  your deposit will be refunded less $20 service fee. If you cancel within 14
  days, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
