BIO:

Former menswear designer B.C. Gee once owned a NYC catering company specializing in corporate cocktail parties and black tie dinners. 

After moving to the Hudson Valley and opening the Rondout Inn, BC starred on her own cooking show geared to aspiring cooks, on local public access televison.
