Savor a full and hearty breakfast prepared by Lee, a Culinary Institute of America graduate. Lee was featured on an episode of the Food Network's "Tyler's Ultimate" television show, where he made "The Willows Raised Apple Pancake".

Indulge yourself with freshly squeezed juice, homemade jams and sausages. Many of our breakfasts include vegetables and herbs from our own garden, the jams made from fruit picked at nearby farms. Lee is a beekeeper so we have honey from our own bee hives! Indulge yourself with our fresh squeezed juices, homemade jams, breads, sausages and other artisanal food specialties. The jams are made from fruit we have picked at nearby farms. All breads are made by hand grinding grain into flours and are served with home churned butter featuring Hudson Valley Fresh heavy cream.

We feature freshly prepared sausages made with pork from Hahn Farms just down the road in Salt Point. Our eggs are from a mile away at Knoll Crest Farm, one of the last remaining commercial egg farms in Dutchess County. For dairy products we use Hudson Valley Fresh milk, half and half, and heavy cream. House made goat & cow's milk cheeses are available on a seasonal and occasional basis. We even have honey from our own hives. Yes, Lee is the beekeeper!

Our breakfasts also feature a bounty of the freshest herbs and vegetables straight from our garden. We also have a small orchard of apple and pear trees. The apple trees are all heirloom varieties, one of these is an Espous Spitzenburg which was Thomas Jefferson's favorite apple. The Esopus Spitzenburg is a Hudson Valley apple!
