Located between New Paltz and Hyde Park, in the Historic Hudson Valley, Highland Manor Bed & Breakfast offers you peace, serenity and the perfect retreat from your everyday busy life.

Awaken to the tempting aroma of fresh-baked muffins and scones, specialty French toast, Fluffy Frittatas, fresh fruit from local farms, and more. Enjoy a different full gourmet breakfast each morning, from 9:00-10:00, in our elegant dining room, or on the expansive front porch, along with fresh-brewed coffee or specialty organic teas. A special diet or vegetarian breakfast is gladly served upon request, with prior notice.

After breakfast, sit back and relax on the expansive porch while breathing in the fresh country air. For the more inquisitive traveler, explore some of the Hudson Valley's year-round activities. There are many excellent local wineries in the nearby area. Tim the Innkeeper, is also an accomplished brewer of handcrafted beers and wines and will graciously pour you a tasting.

The three spacious suites also feature a fireplace, large Jacuzzi tub, cozy bathrobes and slippers.

From New York Thruway (87): - take exit 18 (New Paltz rt 299). Make a right onto 299, heading east. Proceed for approximately 3.3 miles. Make a left onto Lily Lake Raod. Once on Lily Lake, stay left and take it 2 miles to the end. At the end, make a right onto Hawley's Corners. Proceed 1/2 a mile, turn left onto Martin Ave. Proceed another .3 (1/3) mile and make first left onto Windsor Hills Road. Highland Manor is the first house on the right.

Rt. 9W - At intersection of 9W and rt 299, proceed west on rt 299 approximately 1.3 miles. Make a right onto Chodikee Lake Road (just after Ericsons Garage on right...it's a big yellow building on the right.). Proceed approximatley 1/2 mile and make first left onto Hawleys Corners. Continue on Hawley Corners go right at the "dead end" sign (about 1.3 miles), at that point it turns into Martin Ave. Go approximately .3 miles and make a left onto Windsor Hills Road. Highland Manor is the first house on the right.

• By plane - Service is through Stewart Airport Newburgh, N.Y.
