- Reservations held upon receipt of one night’s lodging, balance due upon arrival
- 4 days or more require 50% deposit
- Without deposit, room will be held until 4:00 pm only
- Two night minimum stay on weekends (Fri. – Sat./Sat. – Sun.)
- Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends

- No credit cards – there are two ATM machines located in the village
