- Reservations held upon receipt of one night’s lodging; if only one night stay 1/2 of the room rate is required, balance due upon arrival
- 4 days or more require 50% deposit
- Without deposit, room will be held until 4:00 pm only
- Two night minimum stay during in-season time (May through October 31) (Fri. – Sat./Sat. – Sun.)

Cancellation Policy:
- $50 Fee
- Notification required 10 days prior to arrival (not counting arrival day)
- If a cancelation is made within 10 days of the arrival date, a refund of the deposit (minus $50 fee) only if the room is rebooked
