The June 20 through September 10 rates and two night minimum also apply to SUNY Fredonia Graduation, Homecoming,and Family weekends.
There is a onetime charge of $20/person for more than two people aged 10 or older in a room. Children 9 and under stay for free in the same room as their parent(s).
Room rates include a full breakfast for two guests and are subject to 7.5% New York State sales tax and a 5% Chautauqua County occupancy tax.
Additional Guest Information
Guest rooms are on the second floor and are reached by a flight of stairs. We will assist you with your luggage.
- Guest entrance is separate from the host's entrance.
- Well-behaved pets are permitted in the Garden Party and Southside Rooms. We have several indoor/outdoor cats you may see around the grounds.
- A MasterCard or Visa card number or a deposit equal to the cost of a one night stay is required to hold a reservation.
- Cancellations must be made by 3:00 pm seven (7) days preceding your arrival day, otherwise cash deposits will be forfeited and credit cards will be charged for a two night stay. Nonrefundable prepayment of room charges is required for May 11 & 12, 2012, (SUNY Fredonia Graduation), prepayment due April 20, 2012; September 28 & 29, 2012, (SUNY Fredonia Homecoming Weekend) prepayment due September 21, 2011; and October 26 & 27, 2012, (SUNY Fredonia Family Weekend), prepayment due October 1, 2012.
- Brookside Manor Bed & Breakfast is smoke free inside. Guests may smoke outside.
- Check in time is 3 to 9 p.m. (Other check-in times with advance notice.) Check out time is before 1 p.m.
