Sunrise Landing Bed and Breakfast

Our Finger Lakes lodging accommodations feature this lovely upper-level, Morning Glory Suite. A romantic sleeping room with large windows is perfect to view the sunrise over the lake upon awakening. The Shaker-inspired furniture includes a queen-size spindle bed, dresser, a desk, and more. The private bath with shower adjoins the bedroom within the suite, and the attached sitting room features a sliding door to a private balcony. There is also a fold-out sofa bed, satellite TV/VCR, and a mini refrigerator with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages.

Our ground-level Sunflower Apartment Suite is our largest suite and features its own private entrance and patio. One can access the apartment from the main part of the house as well. This unit features an equipped, efficiency kitchen with beautiful oak cabinets and an oak trestle table which seats four comfortably. A large window wall offers a magnificent view of the sunrise, lake, and surrounding woods. The sofa in the living area opens to a full-size bed. Other inviting, comfortable furnishings and a Satellite TV/VCR complete the room. The yellow bedroom opens onto the patio and is accented with white wicker and a white iron queen-size bed. The private bath with tub/shower is within the suite and is convenient to both the living area and to the bedroom. This apartment suite is large enough to be comfortable for two (or more) for several days, a week, or longer.

Our Rose Suite offers a comfortable, smaller bedroom with a private bath (with shower) as well as a cozy, detached TV/sitting room - right next door and private to the Rose, all overlooking the garden area. In the bedroom, a romantic, queen-sized iron and wood bed is adorned by a hearts and roses quilt. The sitting room includes a love seat and chair, satellite TV/VCR, and a compact refrigerator with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages.

Our mission is provide the best possible experience for our guests. To help ensure an optimal experience for all, we have established some basic policies for Sunrise Landing:

• Two nights minimum stay on weekends are required, unless we happen to only have one night available.
• Three nights are required on some weekends, such as Watkins Glen Auto Race weekends.
• Credit card number or check (for amount equal to one night, plus tax) is required when booking reservation.
• Cancellation must be within two weeks (3 weeks for Racing event weekends, and The Finger Lakes Wine Festival weekend).
• Cancellations which are given with less time than the policy states, are subject to a one night charge - unless we are able to rebook the entire period reserved.
• When several couples or groups reserve several suites, individual contact, by phone or on-line, to provide a name and a credit card number is required for each suite.
• "No Shows" without any cancellation are subject to a charge for the entire period of the reservation,minus whatever period of time we are able to rebook.
• Personal checks, travelers' checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
• All prices are plus 12% state and local taxes, and subject to change (if prices should change after you make your reservation - you are assured of the rate at the time you reserved).
• Check-in is after 3 and check - out by 11 (or request other arrangements)
• Sunrise Landing is completely smoke free. Smoking outside is permitted in areas that do not disturb others. If you intend to smoke outdoors please consult with us so that we can assist with this issue.
• We can usually accommodate children over 12 years of age.

• Sunrise Landing B & B is located on a private, unpaved road. Weather in late November through March often requires an all-wheel-drive vehicle. We can also provide off site parking and shuttle service, to and from your car, at any time.
