    Rates and Policies

    • Room rates are $115.00-135.00 per night double and single occupancy. A charge of $25.00 per additional person. One night stay during a weekend (Fri. or Sat. night) requires additional $35.00 per night. Fifty percent required to reserve a room, except one night stays require full payment upon reservation.
    • Stay Mon. Tues. or Wed. for $95.00 per night.
    • We accept  all major credit cards.
    • Early departure and No show, no refund.
    • Because this is our Golden Retriever Tiko's home, we can not accommodate pets. No acceptions.
    • Check-in is from 3PM - 7PM.
    • Check-out by 11 a.m.
    • Non smoking facility.
