We are pleased and proud to be Long Island North Fork's first newly constructed B&B of this millennium! Set on three peaceful wooded acres - complete with our very own boutique vineyard - Vintage B&B is decorated throughout in a vineyard theme and is conveniently located in easy walking distance of several award winning Wineries, farmstands, shopping, and the beautiful, expansive Peconic Bay Beach is just down our street.

No matter Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, at the Vintage B&B you will receive warm personal attention as well as privacy when you want to be alone…the perfect "wine country" destination.

The 2nd floor also offers a "tasting area" complete with complimentary samplings of the B&B's very own vintages as well as refrigerator for your use, also stocked with complimentary soft beverages. Our Italiante style main Dining Room is where breakfast awaits each morning.  Enjoy the privacy of a guest living room, where notions, nibbles, information & more are at your disposal along with TV, fireplace, books, gameboards and French doors leading to a private guest patio and yard.
