A wine and cheese platter awaits you upon arrival. A full breakfast is delivered to you each morning in the suite, which may include an assortment of muffins, biscuits, quiche, omelets, french toast, homemade jams, fresh fruit in season and juice. An espresso pot and coffee/tea is also available. Come out and enjoy everything the North Fork has to offer. Please keep in mind that we are a working farm and our working hours are dictated by Mother Nature.
Each stay includes a complimentary wine tasting and tour at our winery Bella Vita Vineyard in Peconic. A discount card to 24 different wineries is also included with your stay.

DEPOSIT POLICY: 50% deposit is required at time of reservation to guarantee your stay; full payment in advance is required for single night stays. We process the deposit upon confirming your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $35 handling fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check-out early, regardless of the reason, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. Guest’s request and acceptance of a guaranteed room reservation constitutes a binding contract between guest and Sannino Vineyard B&B. As we have just 1 suite, a non-refundable deposit also applies to ALL holiday weekend reservations
