    The Welch House - Clinton, New YorkThe Welch House was built in 1850 using the Italianate style of architecture. It was formerly owned by George Bristol of the Bristol-Myers Pharmaceutical Company. It was purchased by the Welch Family in 1955 and has remained the family Homestead.

    The home has a large front porch and enclosed back patio overlooking a beautiful backyard. There are many unique antiques and six working fireplaces giving a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Guests are welcome in the kitchen, living room and dining room. Unique features include complimentary wireless internet access, local and domestic long distance phone calls, washer and dryer use.

     


    How To Find Us

    From the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90). Take Thruway Exit 32 Westmoreland, turn right after the toll booth, and then turn left onto State Route 233 south. Drive 5.2 miles, passing through two traffic lights, until reaching the flashing red light. At the intersection turn left (College Street) and drive 0.5 miles and the Welch House is on the right, #67.

    From the South take Route 12B into the Village of Clinton. At the street light turn left onto College Street, the Welch House is on the left.
