- These rates include full breakfast.
- Reservations are requested.
- To guarantee your reservation your Visa, MC, or Discover number is required.
- Peak Season dates are holidays, holiday weekends, area/college special events; i.e. college graduations/parents week ends. Rate changes/minimum night stays/* advance payment/may be in effect during this time. Peak season bookings entail a no refund policy; refunds will be given if and to the extent we are able to re-book the room(s). If payment is due for the reserved room(s) we will collect if by * charging your card. Sorry, rescheduling using this**payment is not an option.
- Two week cancellation policy: When a cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to the date of your reservation we will collect by *charging your card. Refunds during this time frame will be given if and to the extent we are able to re-book the room(s). Sorry, rescheduling using this *payment is not an option.
- All cancellations are subjext to a $25 per night/per room processing fee.
- A "no show" will be charged the full amount for the room.
- All deposits are non-refundable. Early check outs will receive no refund.
- Rate changes and minimum night stays may be in effect during peak season dates.
- Payment may be made with Visa, MC, discover, AE, personal/traveler's check, or cash.
- Two person maximum per room
