    We offer accommodations that are both intimate and comfortable. Our rooms have cable TV, AC, elegant furnishings, antique fireplaces, and lovely brownstone woodwork. Our South Room has a queen bed and single bed. West and East Rooms have queen beds. The North Room has a full bed. All rooms have a fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, and complimentary coffee. (South Room has a full kitchen).

    The Garden Suite    		 The Garden Suite

    Enjoy brownstone comfort in our newly-renovated Garden Suite, and at great rates. The Garden Suite has a private bathroom; a large living room; a bedroom with a queen bed; a large, fully-equipped kitchen; an extra back room with a full bed; AC and cable TV. You will also have access to our lush backyard garden. All of this is located at street level with a private entrance.
    The Parlor Suite

    Our Parlor Suite is a designer's dream. Plush reds, soft lighting, and a brand-new kitchen will make your stay cozily stylish. The Parlor Suite has a private bathroom, huge bedroom/parlor that includes a queen bed, a daybed with a trundle, nine-foot couch, and cable TV. It also has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen that leads out onto a sunny deck, which leads to our backyard garden. Eat in or outside.

    Rates & Policies

     

    • Regular Room Rates:
      • Single & Double – $135 per night ($115 per night, low-season)
      • Each extra guest – $25 per night.
      • Maximum 3 guests per room.
    • The Parlor Suite Rate (private bath):
      • Single & Double – $195 per night ($175 per night, low-season)
      • Each extra guest – $25 per night.
      • Maximum 5 guests.
    • The Garden Suite Rate (private bath):
      • Single & Double – $215 per night. ($175 per night, low-season)
      • Each Extra Guest – $25 per night.
      • Maximum 5 Guests
    • Rates are seasonal and subject to change; rates do not include taxes.
    • Low-season discounts (January, February, March, April):
      • Rooms: $115 per night
      • Suites: $175 per night
    • A 50% deposit via credit card or Paypal is required to hold a reservation.
    • Balance paid via cash or check on arrival.
    • Cancellation policy: Guests must cancel at least 15 days in advance for a full refund, 30 days for multiple reservations. Refunds will not be given after this time period.
    • Children welcome.
    • Check-in time by pre-arrangement.
    • Check-out time: 10 am.
    • The Sofia Inn does not serve breakfast, but we will cheerfully direct you to several great breakfast spots less than a block from the hotel.
    • The Sofia Inn is a smoke-free hotel.
