The Loralei B & B

The Gramercy Suite is the original spacious master bedroom. This bright elegant room boasts 6 tall windows on three exposures. This room has cherry wood floors, floor to ceiling closets, a queen size bed, and Victorian furnishings. The private full bath is an opulent medley of green marble, oak and glass. A small sitting area adjoins the bedroom for your additional comfort. A 3rd guest may be accommodated in the Gramercy Suite via a comfortable folding bed for an additional fee.

The Sutton Room is beautifully appointed with a queen size bed facing three tall bay windows. The private full bath, located next to this room via the hallway, is beautifully decorated in white marble with red, black, and white accents. Luxury robes are provided. Sutton Room guests wishing to sleep separately, or arriving with an additional 3rd or 4th party, can use the elegant Sutton Sitting Room across the hall for an additional fee. The cozy Sutton Sitting Room offers 2 twin beds and allows the additional members of your party to catch up on reading, connect to the wireless internet with their own laptop, or relax by watching television. The private full bath at the end of hall serves the two rooms of the Sutton Suite.

Continental Breakfast: All room rates include continental breakfast.

Rates & Policies
Gramercy Suite - $125 - $165 per night for single or double occupancy. $35/night for 1 additional person.
Sutton Room - $125 - $150 per night for single or double occupancy. The fee for using the Sutton Sitting Room across the hall to accommodate up to 2 additional guests is $50/night. 
Please add tax of 14.75% + $3.50 per night state & local hotel tax to rates shown 
Visa and Master Card are accepted
A deposit equivalent to one night's stay will be charged to your credit card to secure a reservation
Two (2) night minimum stay 
No smoking on property 
Check-in is prearranged between 5pm and 8pm. Special arrangements can be made for those needing to arrive earlier or later. Please contact the innkeeper one week prior to arrival to arrange a specific check-in time. Guests arriving after 9 PM will be charged a $35 late check-in fee. 
This facility is not set up for the comfort of children 
 No pets 
Cancellation Policy: We have a 14 day cancellation period. Reservations canceled less than 15 days prior to arrival will be charged for one night's stay.  Reservations canceled less than 8 days prior to arrival will be charged for the entire reserved stay.  A $25 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. There are no refunds for shortened stays. All deposits are credited to the last night of the reservation. Reservations may not be transferred to other parties. Continental Breakfast Served in the Loralei Dining Room Free Wireless Internet Access: Guests with their own laptop and a properly configured wireless network card will be able to access our wireless network to connect to the internet. Internet connection is not guaranteed and we regret that we cannot provide computer support or offer our guests the use of any computers.
Room Locations: Our guestrooms are located on the second floor via one flight of stairs
Cat in Residence: We have a friendly cat who generally minds his own business
Parking: On-street parking is available. Our streets observe alternate-side parking rules. Please read signs before parking.
