Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom is a large and spacious light-filled room located one floor up from the entrance level.
Amenities include a private en suite bathroom, cable TV, air conditioning, & ceiling fan. The room is also equipped with an iPod/clock docking station with radio or iPod alarm, a small fridge and dining table with a coffee and tea pot.
The Master Bedroom rate is $150/night for single or double occupancy plus tax.
The Suite
The downstairs Suite offers guests the choice of a direct private side entrance. The Suite's bedroom has a queen sized bed and walk in closet. Guest can also relax in the Suite's spacious sitting area that can be used for sleeping additional family members with a queen sized pull-out futon couch and a single chair/bed.
Amenities include a private bath with a washer and dryer, cable TV, air conditioning, iPod docking stations, dining table for up to eight people, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and hot pot and a bakers rack stocked with plates and cups for guest use.
- The Suite rate is $165 per night double occupancy.
- Additional persons >10 years old are an additional $25 per night.
- Children 1-10 years old are an additional $15 per night.
- Babies under 12 months are no charge.

Policies
- Check-in: While check-in time is typically after 3 pm, we can make arrangements for earlier or later arrivals due to flight arrival times.
- Check-out: 11 am.
- When making your reservations, please let us know if you need to arrive earlier or later. Please contact us one week before your arrival to finalize arrangements for a specific check-in time.
- Smoking and Pets Policy: No smoking inside the house. Smoking permitted in the back yard and deck. No pets
- Cancellation Policy: We have a 14 day cancellation period for a refund of your deposit minus $25 processing fee. Reservations canceled less than eight days prior to the arrival date will be charged for one night' s stay. There are no refunds for shortened stays.
- Continental Breakfast: A self-serve Continental Breakfast is available from 8 am to noon. Guests enjoy warm croissants or muffins, butter, cream cheese, jams, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and tea in our dining room.
- Free Wireless Internet Access on Your Laptop: Guests with their own laptop computer will be able to access our secured wireless network to connect to the internet. Printing of boarding passes can be requested.
- Parking: Free on-street parking is available. Please read the signs carefully for street cleaning regulations.
- Payments can be made in cash, traveler's checks, personal or business checks drawn on U.S. banks.
- For each room, a deposit equal to one night's stay is required to secure a reservation.
- The balance is due when you arrive.
- There is a two-night minimum stay.
