The eight large guest rooms can only be described as luxurious. Owner Judy Salathiel has selected outstanding examples of handcrafted Southwestern furniture and regional art. She sought quality and imaginative design and it shows. Each room has a kiva fireplace and a light-filled private bath with elegant terracotta tile and either jacuzzi tub or a double shower. All rooms offer the warmth of radiant heat floors and large windows to let in the matchless expanse of sky and landscape. Upstairs rooms have the feel of a bedroom in an elegant home. Courtyard rooms provide private entrances and convenience to parking.

Every guest room has a kiva fireplace, beamed ceiling, private bath with jacuzzi or double shower, telephone, ceiling fan, quality furnishings, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and mesas. Baths feature elegant decorative tiles, plush towels and robes, and luxury toiletries. Room rates include a complete breakfast with a different entree each day and afternoon "Get Acquainted Hour". Most Rooms have wireless access.

The North Star Room has tall ceilings and beautiful viga beams, a kiva fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. This large upstairs room has custom wrought-iron furniture, a king bed, unusual petroglyph carpet, and a window seat for star-gazing. Great mountain and mesa views.

Holiday rates are in effect December 20th through January 4th.

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of one half the entire stay (minimum one night in full).
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Adobe and Stars is a nonsmoking inn. Two to seven night minimum stays may be required for Holiday periods. Holiday rates are in effect Dec 18 - Jan 3. Policies are subject to change without notice.
• Cancellation Policy:
• Standard Room Rate Bookings: If notified 30 days or more prior to arrival date, 80% of deposit is refunded.
• Guests who cancel within 30 days (or less) of arrival forfeit the entire cost of their stay (both deposit and balance) unless we are able to fully rebook the room. Partial refund will be made for a partial rebooking. Credit for a future "off-season" stay will be given at owners discretion.
• Large bookings require a 90 or more days cancellation period at innkeeper's discretion.
• Specials and Discounted Room Rate Booking: Specials and discounted rates will be honored only if requested at the time of making reservations.
• If notified 30 days or more prior to arrival date, 80% of deposit is refunded.

• Holiday Period Bookings: A 120 day or more cancellation period applies to all Holiday bookings. A 15% penalty applies to all cancellations. If cancelled reservations are rebooked 85% of room charges will be refunded.
• Check-in is from 4-6 pm. Guests arriving late should let us know upon making reservation. Check-out is 11 am.
• Rates: Ask about special mid-week and commercial rates. All rates are double occupancy (plus $30.00 for additional person) and includes hot breakfast. State and local taxes will be added to your bill. Two nights minimum over Saturday on holiday weekends. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover accepted.
