    • Rates and availabilities are subject to change without notice and are based on double occupancy (2 guests) with an additional $20 per guest per night over 2 guests. Your reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by the Casa Europa after receipt of your deposit totaling 5% of your reserved stay with a 2-night stay minimum. Your total balance is due upon departure by cash, check, VISA, or MasterCard.
    • Cancellations: Your deposit will be refunded, less a $15 handling fee, when you provide a minimum 3 day notice prior to your arrival date. A minimum 7 day notice is rquired during the ski & holiday season for a deposit refund. Your total deposit will be forfeited if you provide a cancellation notice in less than the minimum period and we are unable to rebook your room. The full cost of your reservation shall be charged to your credit card if we do not receive cancellation notice prior to your reserved arrival date.
    • For the health and safety of all our guests, the Casa Europa is a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Casa Europa main house or guest rooms, and only permitted in a designated outside area. A $150 cleaning fee is charged to guests who choose to ignore this policy.
    • Guest check-in time begins at 4 PM until 6 PM daily. If you anticipate a late arrival, please advise so appropriate arrangements can be made. Early arrival requires prior approval. Guest check-out time is by 11 AM on the day of your departure.

    A maximum of two canine or feline pets are allowed only in La Casita and must be on leash when outside La Casita. Pets are not allowed in the main house, or in any other guest room. An additional $20 cleaning fee per pet, per night, shall apply. Pet owners are responsible for any personal or property damage caused by their pets.

    Casa Europa Bed & Breakfast Inn & Gallery - Taos, New MexicoThe Casa Europa is an elegant adobe hacienda nestled under giant cottonwood and willow trees. This spacious Taos bed and breakfast is located on a residential street 1.6 miles from the Taos Plaza and 18 miles from the Taos Ski Valley.
    This Taos Bed and Breakfast has seven uniquely and tastefully decorated guest rooms. Each room has its own private bath and fireplace. There is a living room on each floor for the inside rooms where guests can gather to converse, read, or enjoy the local artwork. If you prefer some solitude each guest room has its own sitting area. Some of our many amenities are mini-fridges stocked with soft drinks, snacks, fresh brewed ice tea or lemonade. Rooms have robes, phones, and all but two rooms have televisions. Wi-fi is also available throughout the house.
    A full gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room (which was the original casa built in the 1790's )from 8:00 to 9:00 am. Some of our guest's favorite breakfasts are Spinach and Goat Cheese Frittata, Poached Eggs on Black Bean Cakes with a Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce, or Four Cheese Crepes with Tomatoes.
    In the afternoon from 4:00 pm on, delectable desserts made from scratch such as Sicilian Cream Cake, Coconut Tart, or Lemon Swirl Cheesecake are served daily. Guests can rest assure that their food allergies or dietary restrictions will be accommodated with advance notice.

    Casa Europa is a standout! The hosts, Joe and Lisa, are warm, friendly and extremely accommodating. We felt like we were staying with family. Our room was comfortable and spacious, spotlessly clean! The breakfasts were delicious as were the afternoon desserts. This is outside of town but a terrific location. We'll definitely return and would suggest only this place to stay if you find yourself in Taos. Absolutely 5 stars.
