Your private patio with private entrance features a chimineria, an outdoor southwest fireplace, and patio table and chairs; perfect for an afternoon break. $190 Room 2: Large room with enchanting New Mexican ranch flair, brick floor, ceiling fan, king size antique pine bed, sitting area with day bed, writing desk, beautiful mantle fireplace and patio access to Water Street. The spiral staircase on your patio leads to our sundeck, the perfect place to hang out with your favorite book. This room can sleep up to 3 persons. Equipped with a full private bath. $225 Room 3: Spacious room uses local color and paintings, features southwest queen four poster bed, antique gas stove, brick floor, ceiling fan, large sitting area with leather full size sleeper sofa. Full bath room. $215 Room 4: Grand room with great use of photography and color accents representing the terrain of New Mexico. This room features a king-size four poster pine bed, separate sleeping ‘banco, kiva corner fireplace, seating area with chaise lounge and comfortable club chairs, an enlivening ‘salsa atmosphere’. Brick floors, ceiling fan, and room to stretch out and relax. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Fully equipped private bath room. $235 Room 5: Well appointed room with queen size four poster pine bed, kiva corner fireplace, large chaise, leather slipper chair, desk and lots of storage. Reed shutters, ceiling fan, large armoire, and local Santa Fe style beckons you to come in, sit down, relax. Full bath room. $205 Room 7: Elegant second floor suite accessed by private spiral staircase, private deck, large bath with jetted tub, double sinks, and double doors, breakfast nook/desk, queen four poster bed, antique wood burning stove, with overstuffed leather chair, and large chaise. Strikingly appointed, spacious and romantic! Equipped with full bath room. $245 Room 8: Large upstairs room with king size four poster bed, mantle fireplace, viga beamed ceiling, large overstuffed leather chair, and two slipper chairs. Lots of light from the east and west facing windows, and wrap around portal, Room 8 offers grand yet intimate ambiance. Full bath room. $240 Jemez Suite: Intimate room just inside our courtyard with a queen four poster pine bed, kiva fireplace, high ceilings, brick floors, stained glass accent and skylight, our Jemez room is intimate and romantic. Equipped with a full bath room. $195 Galisteo Suite: Large room with king size New Mexico pine bed, built-in sleeping banco, corner fireplace, large private patio with portal and entered from a beautiful fountained courtyard. Brick flooring, large bath. Photo images of the local town of Galisteo. This room is impeccably furnished. Good room for 3 persons. $240 Tesuque Suite: Our largest suite with a queen size pediment bed, twin sleigh bed and twin sleeping banco. Two rooms share an ample bath. Two corner fireplaces, wonderfully landscaped private patio and is exquisitely detailed. Feels like an intimate casita. The town of Tesuque is portrayed in black and white photo images throughout. Can sleep up to 3 persons. Equipped with a full bath. $275 Atalaya Suite: Queen size sleigh bed, kiva corner fireplace, beautiful large private patio with portal, brick flooring and sleeping banco. Accessed from a central courtyard with fountain. Beautifully appointed and features striking photography of our local Atalaya Mountain. Equipped with a full bath. $225 Policies
- Reservation confirmations are mailed when we receive a deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay.
- One night stays require full payment.
- Your stay is guaranteed immediately with the Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
- If you choose to pay by check, your confirmation will be mailed when we receive the check. We will hold your reservation for 7 days awaiting your check. After 7 days and the check has not been received; the room(s) will be returned to our booking list and not guaranteed. Therefore, whether you book directly or through an agent, be sure that you are holding a Water Street Inn confirmation.
- The balance of your stay is due on arrival. Guests will be responsible for the fully reserved date(s) regardless of late arrival or early departure.
- Cancellation Policy: Should you have to cancel before 14 days of your reservation; we will refund your deposit less a $30 processing fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation: your full deposit will be forfeited. Reservations during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays require a 30 day notice of cancellation. We have a small Inn and do not "overbook" anticipating cancellations, so we welcome your reservation when plans are firm.
