The Lodge
If you are looking for Taos accommodations, then consider the Lodge Room at The Bobcat Inn for your New Mexico vacation or weekend getaway.
The Lodge Room is all adobe and has vigas, (Mexican-style beams) adding to its rustic appeal. There is a queen bed with Adirondack-style furniture, making this room very cozy. We always use quality linens for our guests. There are lamps on each side of the bed and also a TV. The wood-burning kiva fireplace adds to its charm. Our burning season is October through April. The bathroom has a jetted tub and shower combination with ceramic tile.
The Lodge Room is at the back of the Inn, making it very private with nice views of the foothills and our garden. There are big Adirondack lounge chairs on the portal for both patio rooms to use. The French doors open to the courtyard and provide a private entrance. Parking for this room is also very close to its entrance. Amenities for this room include a coffee maker, local Pinon coffee, a carafe of purified water, a hair dryer, shampoo, and lotion.

The Mariposa
Spread your wings during a New Mexico weekend getaway in our Mariposa Room.
Bright and cheerful from the morning sun, it is appropriate that this room’s name, Mariposa, means "butterfly" in Spanish. This room boasts of folk art, vigas (beams on the ceiling), pine plank flooring, and antique handmade quilts. There are also hand crewel pillows that add to the décor. The two twin beds can also be made into a king bed. The beds have comfortable pillow top mattresses, and we use the finest quality of linens.
This room adjoins the Fiesta Room and can be rented with the Fiesta as a suite. This is a nice amenity for families or friends traveling together. There is a door with a dead bolt lock between the two rooms. You have a nice view of horses across the road. The private bathroom has a shower (no tub). We added central air conditioning in this room because it gets a lot of sun during the day and needed it. This is a great room for a girlfriend getaway for two old friends who want to enjoy the Santa Fe bed and breakfast experience. The Fiesta
Experience authentic Santa Fe, New Mexico lodging when you stay in the Fiesta Room at our Southwest bed and breakfast during your vacation or weekend getaway.
The Fiesta Room is bright and bold with a turquoise painted wall, a glass table with carved horse head legs painted in hues of pink, red, and turquoise. The color palette is definitely Santa Fe. This is a very cozy room right off of the great room. You can always go into the great room to watch TV or enjoy the gas fireplace since it is conveniently just two steps away.
This room has a queen bed with a New Mexican carved headboard and a Southwestern-style bedspread. There are lamps on both sides of the bed. We always use the finest linens to make our guests comfortable. There are oak hardwood floors. The view from this room is of the foothills with pinon and juniper trees. The private bathroom has a Mexican tiled shower (no tub) and lavatory with a Saltillo-tiled floor.
The Fiesta Room can also be rented as a suite with the Mariposa Room for families or friends traveling together. Amenities for this room include a coffee maker, local Pinon coffee, a carafe of purified water, a hair dryer, shampoo, and lotion.

The Kachina
Enjoy an unforgettable Santa Fe family vacation with lodging in the Kachina Room, our largest and most spacious room. With a king bed and a single day bed, this room can accommodate up to 3 people at an additional charge. Our rates are based on double occupancy.
The décor is Southwest with hardwood floors and a collection of Hopi Kachina dolls. There are also several Native American Koshare dolls. Koshare is the clown that is usually carrying a watermelon. He brings a lot of fun and mischief to this room.
Guests who are staying more than a few days tend to love this room because of its size and style. There is a TV in this room and plenty of light. We always use the finest of linens to make our guests comfortable. The private bathroom has an oversized shower (no tub) and is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible. Amenities for this room include a coffee maker, local Pinon coffee, a carafe of purified water, a hair dryer, shampoo, and lotion.

The Cowboy
Make reservations for the Cowboy Room and experience authentic Santa Fe lodging at our Southwestern bed and breakfast.
The Cowboy Room at our New Mexico inn has a fun Western flair with great Santa Fe style. There is a wonderful hand-carved wooden queen-size bed adorned with cowboy hats and a rope and lamps on each side. We always use the finest linens in our rooms. The warm plastered walls, vigas, and a real wood-burning kiva fireplace help to entice the guests to never leave the room. There are French doors opening to the courtyard. There is also another entrance back into the bed and breakfast from this room.
The Cowboy Room is very good for bird watching and also has views of the foothills and Rowe Mesa. There is a small sitting area by the fireplace also including a TV. Our burning season is October through April. The private bathroom is very small with a shower (no tub). Amenities for this guestroom include a coffee maker, local Pinon coffee, a carafe of purified water, a hair dryer, shampoo, and lotion.

The Fiesta San Miguel
An unforgettable stay in the "Land of Enchantment" awaits when you spend your New Mexico vacation at The Bobcat Inn. Our location in the foothills southeast of Santa Fe enables you to rest and unwind in the scenic countryside, yet still be close enough for easy travel to activities and attractions in Santa Fe and Taos.
The Casita is located right behind the main building and is slightly up a hill. Each room has a private wooden patio deck and has great views of Rowe Mesa. There are Mexican Talavera tile fountains in the nichos for each patio. It serves as our guest house for friends and family and also the overflow for the B&B.
The Fiesta San Miguel room has a queen bed and is very bright and colorful with a picture of Frida Kahlo. We like to think she slept here. There is a flat-screen TV with cable and comfortable chairs with lamps for reading and relaxing. The floor is Saltillo tile, and there are vigas on the ceiling. The bathroom has Mexican tile in a deco pattern with a bathtub and shower combination.

The Kachina II

The Kachina II has warm Sundance golden walls with Native American décor, including several Indian Kachina dolls. The bathroom has brightly colored Mexican tile and a bathtub and shower combination. There is Saltillo tile throughout. There is air conditioning in both rooms. We rent these rooms in our guest house when the main bed and breakfast is full.

Policies
- The Bobcat Inn provides lodging for your Santa Fe, New Mexico family vacation. Children over the age of 6 that are being supervised by their family are welcome.
- We are sorry, but we cannot accept pets.
- Check-in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM. Early or late arrivals must be arranged in advance. It is hard to see our sign in the dark.
- Check-out time is by 11:00AM. Late check out must be arranged in advance.
- Payment Methods: Cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, & Discover
- We do not have a minimum night stay requirement, except on holidays and festivals. A 3-night minimum is required during Holidays and Festivals.
- Deposit: All reservations at The Bobcat Inn must be confirmed by a deposit - to be received no later than one week after reservations are made. The required deposit is half of the rate of the entire stay (minimum one night rate).
- Cancellation Policy: If notified 14 days or more prior to booking, 90% of the deposit is refundable. Guests who cancel within 14 days of reservation forfeit their deposit, unless we are able to fully rebook the rooms. We understand that sometimes your plans change due to emergencies. We do issue gift certificates when something of a tragic nature happens.
- Smoking is only permitted outside and not around the breakfast area.
- Alcohol is permitted but is not provided. Please act responsibly.
