Juniper's trademarks are its wall of windows and its stunning multi-level living room, high ceilings and natural wood. Watch TV from the couch or enjoy a fire in the hand-plastered kiva fireplace. The spacious Mexican tiled bathroom is accessible either from the bedroom or the main living area. The Juniper offers ample floor space for a futon to accommodate extra guests and a fully equipped kitchen with eating area. Down a few steps, the private bedroom has a four-poster queen bed and beautiful old vigas. The Juniper is seven blocks from the Plaza itself, with the last block being a fairly steep dirt road.

This two-story, 100 year-old adobe home sits on a hilltop with wonderful sunset views and an abundance of Santa Fe styles. You'll find Saltillo tile, vigas, natural wood, festive Mexican tile in the bath and kitchen, and a nicho with Santa Fe's own patron saint, San Francisco de Assis, or St. Francis. The large living area has a table where four or more can enjoy board games or cards, and comfortable seating near the gas burning "wood" stove. The large fully equipped kitchen offers an abundance of counter space and ancient vigas. Upstairs you'll find a bathroom with Saltillo tile, lacy shower curtains and blue, white and yellow Mexican tile in bird and flower themes. The two bedrooms each have a king bed. The Pinon is seven blocks from the Plaza itself, with the last block being a fairly steep dirt road.

Just a few steps from the Inn's back door, our Santa Fe-style Cottage offers you plenty of space, fabulous privacy and the special touches Santa Fe is famous for. Step from your private shade porch into the living room where you can relax in front of a kiva fireplace on our comfortable leather couch. Saltillo tile and a trastero, or traditional New Mexican wardrobe, add to the Southwestern flavor. The kitchen features Mexican tile sink and countertops, lace curtains, and a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. We repeat the festive Mexican tile theme in the large bathroom, which features a double Jacuzzi tub. Up a spiral staircase is your private bedroom filled with light, one whole wall is windows!

A recently added kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove and all you need for basic cooking. The bathroom features a tub/shower, lace curtains and Mexican tile. You have privacy galore in your bedroom just up the spiral staircase. Enjoy the warm southwestern earth tones and natural wood that dominate here and the lovely light that pours in from your five bedroom windows.

• We ask that you prepay for your stay by check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover two weeks before your arrival, or one month prior to arrival in the case of holiday reservations.
• We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends.
• There is a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 2 weeks before arrival (or paid in full one month before arrival for holiday reservations).
• One night stays require full payment in advance.
• We can accommodate a third party for an additional $25 per night. In this instance the bed will be a foam twin mattress pad on the floor, approximately 4" in thickness. This floor pad will be made up with cotton sheets, comforter and/or blankets, and feather pillows.
• Check-in time is flexible to accommodate your traveling schedule, though we do prefer check-in after 2 pm. Please make advance arrangements for arrivals after 6 pm.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 14 days notice† prior to arrival for full refund of deposit, or notice one month prior for holiday rentals. Refund of deposit is subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 14 days (or one month for holiday rentals) notice and we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit, less the cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook your whole reservation you will be responsible for each night not re-booked. Guests will be responsible for the fully reserved date(s) regardless of late arrival or early departure. We are not responsible for inclement weather. One month's notice of cancellation required for Indian Market, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holiday reservations.
