- Our rates are seasonal (winter - spring & fall - summer) and are based on double occupancy.
- Our rates are based on double occupancy. For single occupancy, subtract $20, each additional person over double occupancy, add $20.
- Seasonal, corporate, frequent and long term stay specials may apply.
- A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of booking your reservation.
- Business or personal checks are preferred; however Visa, MasterCard and American Express are also accepted.
- In the event of a cancellation, we will happily refund your deposit less a $30 per room handling fee, provided you notify us at least 14 days in advance.
- Guests are responsible for payment for all nights reserved.
