      Only fifteen minutes from our door is the Cedar Crest Stables. Excellent facilities with friendly guides and good horses. The guide will take you up into the ponderosa forest with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Be sure to bring your camera. An 1-hour horse ride cost $30 per person. 2-hour, 3-hour, and even 7-hour rides are available at the rate of $30 per hour per person. Reservations are required.
