Our deluxe Sandia Room is spacious with a king size bed and an antique Taos bed. The Taos bed can serve as a single bed or as a relaxing place to snuggle up in your cozy terry robe with a good book. Sip a cup of coffee, read the morning paper or simply enjoy the breathtaking view of the Sandia Mountains from the Sandia Room's secluded walled patio. The spacious bathroom features double sinks and a large shower with a bench.

The Roadrunner Room has a comfortable queen sized bed. This bright and cheery room has two comfortable chairs with plenty of light for reading. The tiled shower in the private bathroom has a sturdy grab bar.
Our smallest, yet delightfully cozy, Bunny Room can be set up with a single comfortable daybed or two twin beds. A skylight and window fill your private bathroom with light. This room is ideal for individuals traveling alone, a business traveler on a limited budget, or two people traveling together who do not want to share a bed.
This room features a comfortable queen size bed, two comfortable chairs, and a corner desk along with high-speed wireless connectivity providing an ideal workspace for the business traveler. The combination tub and shower tiled in rich earth tones provides a relaxing place to soak after a busy day.

A classic adobe style home with four colorful, uniquely appointed guestrooms is just the beginning. Fresh flowers and delicious chocolate turtles await you in your room. There you will also find a computer with high-speed Internet available for checking e-mails and printing boarding passes or if you bring your own computer there's wireless Internet connectivity available. In the cheery breakfast room, you will find an assortment of complimentary snacks, a refrigerator stocked with cold drinks, and a tea pot for almost instantaneous hot water for tea, hot chocolate, and hot cider. There's also a microwave for your use.

The portal and patio of this New Mexico B&B are surrounded by gardens filled with favorite plants of the region - chocolate flowers, penstemon, Artemisia, and a variety of salvias. The Sandia Mountains afford a beautiful and unique backdrop for weddings, outdoor receptions and other types of celebrations. Our meeting space provides a great way to retreat from the office hustle. Rates include a full breakfast, which in warm weather, is served on the portal where you will be entertained by the local wildlife/critters. - Check-in/Check-out - Check in time is from 3-6 pm. Please contact us if late check-in arrangements are needed. Check-out time is 11 am.
- Payment - Payment can be made with credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express); personal, business or traveler's check, or cash.
- Cancellations - Notice of cancellation must be received two days (48 hours) prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's room rate.
- Our cancellation policy may vary during Balloon Fiesta, other special events, holidays and for group bookings.
