    Rates & Policies

     

    • Room Rates - $89 - $189
    • Breakfast is included in the price of the room.
    • Rates are subject to change.
    • State and local taxes are not included in advertised rates.
    • Prices are based on double occupancy. $15 is added for each additional person.
    • We ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.
    • Deposit required when reservation is made.
    • For a refund, a 10 day cancellation notification is required.
      A $35 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
    • Deposit and cancellations policies vary during peak periods.
    • Check-in time is 4 to 6 pm unless other arrangements are made.
    • Check-out time is 11 am
