Wood Duck Nest
This spacious light and airy room is upstairs in the guest house. In the summer months you can drift to sleep with the sound of a waterfall just below your window. This very romantic room has windows overlooking the herb gardens. The Wood Duck Room includes:

This spacious room is the most romantic and comfortable double room for a stay of several nights. Single or double occupancy $129 per night plus tax. 3 night minimum on holiday weekends. Balloon Fiesta dates require minimum 3 nights at $139 per night.
Suite for a Flock
This apartment sized suite can sleep up to 6. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a two-twin day bed in the Great Room next to the kiva fireplace. One big hall bath with shower and jetted tub for two. Full kitchen and laundry. Great for a couple wanting a romantic night by the fireplace, or families and small groups needing some extra room to relax and just hang out. Suite includes:

Regular rates from $159 single, $179 double, up to $239 for six. All prices subject to local tax. Please call or email us for an accurate quote for the season and number in your group. Rates based on number of beds used. Rate is slightly higher during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. There is a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends and during Balloon Fiesta.

Reservation Policies
- Online Reservations must be confirmed with a Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard.
- If you prefer to call, we also accept personal or business checks to secure a reservation.
- Your card will not be charged until arrival, at which time you may pay cash, check or credit card.
- Cancellations must be 7 days prior to arrival date to assure a full refund.
- Less notice will result in a forfeit of 50% of the total cost of your stay, with a minimum charge of one night per room you have booked. (Does not apply to Balloon Fiesta dates).
- For bookings during Balloon Fiesta, there is a 3-day minimum and there will be no refunds unless cancellation is at least 30 days prior to arrival. After that time you will be charged the full cost of your stay unless we can re-book the room(s). We require you to return a signed confirmation that we can fax or email to you.
- Check-In time is after 3 pm; Check-Out is at 11am
- We love pets, but there are many people with pet allergies and we need to keep our rooms allergy free. We can guide you to pet-friendly B&Bs nearby.
- No smoking in rooms. Outdoor smoking area is provided.
- Weekend stays require a 2-night minimum. TH-FR, FR-SA and SA-SU ok.
- Small children find this a difficult place to navigate with many levels and hard surfaces. Also, our dog Mini is terrified of small children and this can be upsetting for everyone. It is best to call ahead to discuss the ages of your children. If the fit isn't right we can suggest a B&B in the area that will better accommodate you.
