The Villa Park House at the Jersey Shore has always been a resting place for visitors wanting to spend time near the Atlantic Ocean. The inn is four-and-a-half blocks from the ocean with its two miles of boardwalk and replenished beaches.

The Villa Park House invites you to relax and luxuriate in the peace and quiet of our cozy wraparound porch, listen to the seagulls and feel the breezes, or choose to experience all the pastimes that the village of Spring Lake offers. Within walking distance guests can find and enjoy unique shops, tennis courts, the boardwalk, swimming, parks, jogging, rollerblading, tandem bike rentals, fishing, restaurants with a romantic aura or a great deli, and "nightlife" for those who seek it.

Villa Park House is one of the few Spring Lake bed and breakfasts that welcomes families with children, making it a wonderful family friendly alternative to hotel lodging.

There are eleven guest rooms gracing the manor. Each is decorated in a unique style, and every room is different and has a personality of its own. Some feature stenciling and quilts, and some have flowered wallpaper and lace curtains. On the main floor of the Villa Park House is the sitting room with wing-back chairs and piano music to calm your day.

Adjoining the sitting room is the dining room with Windsor chairs and a table for twelve. Your hosts serve a hearty breakfast of fresh fruit, muffins, omelets, French toast, eggs, and more. After twenty-five years in hospitality service, Kevin and Matthew are aware that everyone enjoys breakfast at their own pace.

Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 98; follow signs to Route 138 East.
On Route 138, go to the third traffic light and turn right onto New Bedford Road.
Stay on New Bedford all the way to the end (two miles). Turn left onto Ocean Road for about one mile.
Villa Park House is on your right.

From Philadelphia or Western Areas:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 7A or take 295 North to 195 East which becomes Route 138 East.
On Route 138, go to the third traffic light and turn right onto New Bedford Road.
Stay on New Bedford all the way to the end (two miles). Turn left onto Ocean Road for about one mile.
Villa Park House is on your right.
