The Colonial Inn accommodates eight rooms, five of which provide a panoramic view of Lake Meone, situated between the Historic Towne of Smithville and the Village Greene. All room rates include AM Coffee, Continental Breakfast, Afternoon Refreshments, and evening Turndown Service. Each of our guests will have a color TV with DVD player, cable ready, with an internet hookup in our common area for those guests who may need those services. Each room also has phone service, with complimentary local calls. A part of our Inn, the Colonial Café provides a welcomed addition to your stay by providing a variety of tasty delights to supplement your Continental Breakfast at the Inn. Though open to the public, the Colonial Café itself will afford you the opportunity to relax over a variety of beverages, baked goods and snacks accessible throughout the day, supplementing a variety of eateries available within walking distance.
