    (sleeps two - three). Elegantly decorated in the Ocean View's Old World Caribbean theme, this three room luxury suite features a bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with sofa and love seat, dinette area with table and chairs, full kitchen including electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer and private bath with toiletries. Highlighted by beautiful ocean views, this lavish suite also includes luxurious linen, plush towels and bathrobes, hypoallergenic comforters, heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, high speed wireless internet access, telephone, daily maid service.     Penthouse Suite:

    (sleeps two - four). Beautifully appointed in the Ocean View's exotic Caribbean décor, this magnificent suite features three large rooms including a living room with two sofas and TV, a dining room with table and chairs, a full kitchen including electric stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator, and a private bath complete with toiletries. Boasting gorgeous ocean views, the Penthouse Suite also includes luxurious linen, plush towels and bathrobes, hypoallergenic comforters, heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, high speed wireless internet access, telephone, daily maid service.     Family Suite:

    (sleeps eight). This deluxe three room suite, beautifully decorated in the Ocean View's exotic Caribbean theme, is ideal for the vacationing family. It features a bedroom with two full beds, a living room with two pull out sofas, a full kitchen complete with electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and eat in area, and a private bath with toiletries. Also included is luxurious linen, plush towels and bathrobes, hypoallergenic comforters, heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, high speed wireless internet access, telephone, daily maid service.     ApartmentsApartments

    One and Two Bedroom: Decorated in the Ocean View's exotic Caribbean theme, these lovely apartments consist of private bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room with sofa, cable TV and dinette area, a full kitchen including electric stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator, and a private bath with toiletries. Our apartments feature a private entrance on Beach Road, as well as luxurious linen, plush towels and bathrobes, hypoallergenic comforters, heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, high speed wireless internet access, telephone, daily maid service. Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards are available upon request. In the summer months beach towels are provided.

    All room rates are subject to change. For group packages, special arrangements, or to rent out the whole inn for your own private function please contact our even coordinator. A 25% non refundable deposit is due when a reservation is made. We take final payment upon arrival.

    Policies

    The following policies are strictly enforced for the enjoyment of all. Please contact our Inn Keeper if you have specific questions or concerns.

    • Check In is 4 PM. Arrivals after 9:00 PM are subject to forfeiture unless prior arrangements are made.
    • Check Out is 11 AM.
    • Complimentary Continental Breakfast served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
    • Smoking is not permitted inside The Inn.
    • Pets are not accommodated at The Inn.
    • A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking your reservation.
    • During the high season, weekend reservations require a 2 night minimum. Fourth of July and Labor Day Weekends require a 3 night minimum.
    • Rates are subject to change.
    • Checks accepted 10 days in advance only.
