The accommodations at Ocean City Mansion are nothing short of luxurious. The 1896 mansion has been totally remodeled to provide all the modern amenities in a comfortable, historic setting. We have 7 lavishly decorated guest suites and 2 apartments, each with a different theme. All rooms have beautifully appointed private baths that include such amenities as towel warmers. Guests enjoy a delicious full course hot breakfast. Dog friendly rooms are available.

The Honeymoon Suite
A colossal cherry headboard on the new king bed's firm mattress will beguile you & your sweetheart under the 15ft. ceiling and 300 crystal chandelier. This suite has a separate living room with a grand Jacuzzi and a large fainting couch. (Not for just for honeymooners…)

Miss McKenna's Room
This room is named after Elyse McKenna in the movie "Somewhere In Time". The decorator designed this room as a romantic efficiency. The convenient exterior door is perfect for the guest who desires privacy in egressing, but still would like to enter through the ambiance of the main house. After soaking in the over-sized tub for two, you can relax by the Sterna fireplace with its cherry mantel...kind of like Richard did with his dearest. The room also flaunts a beautiful queen bed and a white stone kitchen countertop that houses appliances such as a counter refrigerator, a microwave, and a stove.

Richard's Quarters
The stunning décor surrounding the king canopy bed entices the most sophisticated bed & breakfast guests into contentment. The luxurious amenities include a private bath, double sink outside the bath, crystal chandelier, fireplace, and small private balcony.

The Royalty Room
If the Inn's red-carpet-treatment isn't enough, you will be sure to feel like royalty when sleeping in this Queen Majesty Canopy Bed. The crystal chandelier, along with the fireplace, romances the room for amorous couples. The private bath compliments the theme. For a romantic getaway you won't forget!

The Fireplace Suite
Sally Lake Gilbert, the daughter of the founders of Ocean City, and her husband, Albert Gilbert, built this house in 1896. The striking oak millwork was milled from antique church pews of the same period. Attributes consist of a separate living area, Jacuzzi, cable TV, refrigerator and fireplace. An extra large cuddling couch makes the living room a cozy place to relax. The private deck is the perfect place to read the morning paper or enjoy "after the beach" cocktails.

The Cabin Room
The electric fireplace sets the mood in this little room with log walls and a 2 person Jacuzzi. It highlights a log queen canopy bed, bistro table and chairs. The private bath has an outhouse flare with hairdryer,towel warmer, and log stand sink. If you are an outdoors type...you are at home!

The Chocolate Room
Queen Bed in Alcove, Grand Jacuzzi, Huge Private Bath, Refrigerator, Newly Decorated. A romantic room for a winter getaway!! Stay in this newly decorated room! If you like the Honeymoon Suite, you'll love this room!

First Floor Mini-Suite
This room features a new Sealy Pillow Top Queen Bed...plus a relaxing sitting area, 2 TV's and a private exterior entrance.

3 Bedroom Condo (Queen/Full/Bunk Bed), 1 1/2 blocks from beach, 2 parking places (stacked), Ground floor, 3 Beach Tags (borrowed basis),
Clean, Crisp, All New! Note: This unit is off-premise and cannot include breakfast (sorry), however there are no sales taxes on this unit. Hurrah! Please, no groups of young adults or students. Best if sleeps 4 to 6 people.

Rates based on occupancy of 1-4. Extra person of any age - $25/each.

All rates subject to tax, except 605 Ocean Ave.

Rates may differ on holiday & special events.

Minimum stay required for the Specials, or regular nightly rate will be effective.

If you would like to stay one night on a Friday or Saturday, we would be happy to accommodate you providing reservation is made Tuesday or later, and the room is available.

This 3 BR condo is not part of our B & B, however we advertise it here.

Taxes and maid room gratuity not included. * Our maids are among the best in Ocean City.

They work hard behind the scenes cleaning and preparing to make your visit comfortable.

A suggested maid gratuity is $5.00 per day per room or cottage.

Payment must be made in Cash, Money Orders, or Travelers Checks. (Credit Cards are used only to hold the room.)

Cancellation Policy: A credit card is needed to make a reservation. The credit card will be verified at the time of reservation, but will only be charged as a result of a last minute cancellation, or a no-show. Cancellations after 14 days prior to reservation will be charged one night or 50% whichever is greater. All cancellations are subject to $25. Although we sympathize with illness, inclement weather and busy schedules, we are a small business and must uphold our policy.

Parking Procedures: Please unload cars in front of the inn, then move your vehicle to the free Municipal Lot at 5th and Asbury (200 ft. from the inn). Do not park on Central Ave. or Grocery Store. Your car will be towed.

Beach Tags: $20 refundable deposit on each beach tag. (Cash and checks accepted.) Full refund when tag is returned.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the balconies
