Summer Nites '50's Theme' Bed and Breakfast
Table Of Contents
Summer Nites is a “50's Themeâ€Â Bed and Breakfast decorated in 1950’s furnishings and décor. The owners of Summer Nites have taken a beautiful mid 1900’s home and created a building reminiscent of one from the 1950’s. Summer Nites has all of the modern amenities enjoyed in a modern lodging while retaining and capturing the excitement and uniqueness of the early days of Rock-and-Roll.
While at Summer Nites, guests may choose to dine on one of the outdoor decks or in a unique “box carâ€Â diner complete with 1953 Seeburg Jukebox, neon lighting, diner booths and more. Breakfast is served from the diner kitchen where you can watch as the cook prepares breakfast.
A stay at Summer Nites is like a step back into the 1950’s. The entire premises, as well as individual rooms, are decorated with original memorabilia from the 50’s. Guests may choose from seven theme rooms. The entire bed and breakfast is air conditioned with separate, modern, individual climate controls for each room. All rooms have private baths, and some have Jacuzzi tubs. Guests can enjoy viewing, listening to, and reading the many interesting vintage and repro 1950’s tapes, CD’s, and books provided in each room.
Summer Nites is located in a quiet residential area of North Wildwood at the Jersey Shore. The bustling nightlife of both Wildwood and Anglesea are within one mile in either direction. After breakfast stroll the world famous beach and boardwalk only two blocks from the premises.
A game room has been added with vintage pinball machine, jukebox and more for those who care to step back to the “good old days. Relax in the hot tub or lounge on the sundeck. Bicycles are available for those who might enjoy a morning ride on the boardwalk or around town.

Located one mile north of Cape May Court House, on Rte 9 and Crest Haven Road, the 128 acre Cape May County Park & Zoo is open year round seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Considered one of the best full-system parks in the state, the Cape May County Park & Zoo offers plenty of recreational facilities such as playground areas, tennis and volleyball courts, baseball fields, nature, walking, jogging, and bike trails and fresh water fishing.
While many visitors go to the Park & Zoo to find something to do, just as many go to just relax and enjoy a leisurely walk, an outdoor concert or sit and think among the natural surroundings. A visit to the Park & Zoo is a pleasant alternative to the beaches. There are plenty of benches, shade trees, covered pavilions, picnic tables, open-pit barbecues and clean restrooms available for family outings.
Over 100 species of wildlife are housed in the beautiful setting of this well maintained zoo. Come see the playful otters, tigers, bobcats, reindeer, zebra, goats and bears. Be sure to stop and say "Hi" to our old friends, Brutus and Tinkerbell the Cougars, Matilda and Dundee the Wallabies, Jerome the Giraffe, Charlie the Camel, Fernando the Llama, and the rest of our friends in the Reptile House, Monkey House and Aviary.
