    Policies...

    • Rates vary depending on time of year and your room selection.
    • Rates are for one or two persons in a room and do not include NJ sales tax.
    • 2-day minimum weekend and 3-day minimum holiday weekends required in season.
    • 50% deposit required for all reservations with balance due on arrival.
    • We accept all major credits cards.
    • Well-behaved children 16 and over are welcome with parents.
    • Sorry no pets. Smoking allowed on the outside porch only.
    • Check-in: 2:00 - 9:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am.
    • Please make special arrangements if checking in after 9:00 pm.
    • 2-week notice required for changes or cancellations. We are not responsible for illness or inclement weather. Cancellations after that date receive refund of deposit only if room can be re-rented. All refunds subject to $25 processing fee.
