Join us at our authentic, 200-year-old farmhouse (with a 1950s-era addition) surrounded by 20 acres of pastures, woods, and organic gardens. During your stay at Silver Maple Organic Farm and Bed & Breakfast, stroll outdoors through our 20 acres of gardens, pastures, and woods. Float in the pool in the summer, soak in the hot tub in winter, and play tennis year-round. Visitors enjoy a delicious country breakfast served in our dining room, which features a Colonial-era table, bench, and jelly cupboard. Guests can relax indoors in our sun-drenched recreation room, complete with cable television and VCR and DVD player. Both our accommodations and our rates are comfortable.
Escape to the countryside for a quick weekend getaway or spend an entire week. Silver Maple's colonial-period stone farmhouse is surrounded by tranquil gardens, fields, and forest, yet we are just 15 minutes from all the historic sites, recreational activities, fine dining and shopping offered in the nearby towns of Lambertville, Flemington, and Frenchtown, all in Hunterdon County, NJ, and New Hope and Doylestown in Bucks County, PA.

Room Descriptions Rates The Santa Fe Suite features a king-size bed, a private bath with a shower and a tub, cable TV with, private doorway to the deck and hot tub. $159/$139* The Sergeantsville Room features a queen-size bed, available with private bath or bathroom shared with the Sand Brook Room. The Sergeantsville and Sand Brook rooms are available in combination as a suite for the same price as either of the other two suites. $125/$99* The Sand Brook Room features twin beds or a king-size bed available with a private bath or a shared bathroom. $125/$99* The San Diego Room features a queen-size bed and a private bath. $125/$99* The Shanghai Suite features a king-size canopy bed and a sofa bed in two separate rooms, private bath and cable TV with a VCR. $159/$139* *Friday and Saturday and all holidays/Sunday through Thursday.

Policies:
- Rates reflect double occupancy.
- Add $20/child and $30/extra adult.
- Subtract $20/ single-occupancy rate.
- Add $10 per visit for a pet.
- Weekend reservations: two-night minimum stay.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
- To receive a full refund (minus $20 cancellation fee) reservation must be cancelled 10 days or more before the date of stay.
- If canceled less than 10 days, a deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee, will be given only if room is re-rented.
- No smoking.
