- Suites: $130 - $255
- For all reservations that include a Saturday night, we ask for at least a two-night stay. However, in July and August, weekends require a minimum stay of three nights. Holiday weekends also require a minimum stay of three nights.
- In August we generally ask for a three-night midweek stay. We sometimes have shorter stays available between other reservations, so it is always a good idea to check with us. If we don't have the dates you are requesting, we will be happy to put you on our "Wait List" or you may check availability at our sister inn, the Linda Lee.
- Rates are for one or two persons in a room and do not include applicable taxes.

- All rooms and suites are furnished with authentic Victorian antiques and each has a private bath (inside the room), color TV, DVD player, hair dryer and alarm clock. Each room and suite has its own a/c in hot weather. When you arrive, you are welcome to pull into our single-lane driveway located on the right-hand side of the inn and leave your car there in order to unload your luggage and check in.
- Limited off street parking is available for small to mid-size cars. Stockton Avenue and a number of other streets in our neighborhood have no parking meters and your car may be parked there for as long as you are in Cape May.
- Self-service hot beverages available 24 hours/day.
- High speed wireless internet connection available for computer use.
- Beach chairs and beach towels available.
- Free local phone calls.
- Small library of DVD's.
- Iron & ironing board are available in each room.
- Refrigerators available in common areas on 2nd floor.
- Ice machine available on 1st floor.
- Check-in time is between 2 pm and 8 pm. If you require a later arrival time, special arrangements may be pre-arranged with us.
- Check-out time is 11 am. For your convenience hot-water outdoor showers, fresh towels and powder room available on your final afternoon after check-out.
Reservations - A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation of two or more nights. When a one-night reservation is made, full payment is required. Cancellation Policy:
- As a small inn we require commitment to reservations. In the event you must cancel your reservation, shorten your stay or change your dates, your deposit will be returned (less a $25 cancellation fee per room) only if we receive notice a full fifteen days in advance of your arrival date.
- Any such change within the fifteen days prior to your arrival date will result in a refund only if we are able to refill your entire booking. No refund can be made within the last 48 hours prior to 2 p.m. on the date of arrival. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts or inclement weather.
